    Vincent Bobo’s talents as an artist have been recognized beginning with a school award at the age of nine.  He was born in Charleston, South Carolina March 30, 1956.  Following his retirement from the United States Air Force he became a trained draftsman and received a degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology.

    As an artist, Vincent is basically self taught and uses his imagination & design knowledge to interpret life.  He communicates without being photographic, inviting the viewer to translate mood or suggestion.  He has received numerous awards and is an associate member of the American Watercolor Society, a member of the South Carolina Watercolor Society, Charleston Artist Guild and Summerville Artist Guild in which he is a past vice-president.  His work is included in private and corporate collections around the world.

    His faith in Jesus as Christ, along with his wife Susan, and children: Vincent II, Clark, Ryan and Octavia inspire him to paint not just for the sake of it, but for the joy of it. The entire family are artists with individual styles.
